What's inside
In this track
What's out now and what's coming next. Everything uses the same board language: solid = run, dotted = pass, wavy = dribble.
Attacking corners: near-post flick
Routine card plus a team session. Week 2, free.
Defending corners: zonal, man or hybrid
Pick a system, then set the first-contact and second-ball jobs.
Throw-ins
Six throw-in patterns to keep the ball, from the back third to the final third.
Goal kicks vs a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 press
Build-out patterns, including the 7v7 / 9v9 build-out line.

Sample · near-post flick
One flick, two runners
The 7 drives an in-swinger to the near post. The 9 attacks it and flicks it on. The 5 has already started his run to the back post.
- "Near post, first contact." The 9 goes early and wins the front
- "Flick, don't head." Glance it on, don't try to score
- "Back post, arrive late." The runner times it for the flick
The full routine card (positions, timings and the defending version) ships as SPS-0001.
