What's inside
In this track
What's out now and what's coming next. Everything uses the same board language: solid = run, dotted = pass, wavy = dribble.
Sweeper-keeping
Starting position, when to come and when to stay, and the first step.
Come or stay: the keeper's first step
Free GK session in three bands with a 1v1 finish.
Distribution under pressure
Playing into the six with a striker on you. Links to SES-0001's phase of play.
GK warm-up card
A 10-minute keeper warm-up you can run while the team does the rondo.

Sample · from SES-0001
The keeper is the first A
In the SES-0001 phase of play, every restart comes from the keeper. "GK: can be A — play into the 6 and the CB becomes the third man."
- GK sessions use the same three age bands as the team sessions
- GK discs are yellow on every board (opponent keeper purple), with a number, so they never rely on colour alone
- Built for head coaches without a GK coach
